Jessica grew up in Syracuse, Utah and enjoys Utah's beautiful Rocky Mountains
Jessica is a conservative because she believes in free markets, loves the Declaration of Independence, and knows that the Founding Fathers founded America in order to get away from controlled government. According to Jessica, "people are misguided today in believing that government should play such a large role. It’s taking away our inherited right when we are forced to do anything by the government and it should be limited."
One of Jessica's favorite quotes is: "There comes a point in time when one must take a position that is neither safe, nor politic, nor popular, but he must take it because conscience tells him it is right."- Dr. Martin Luther King Jr
Jessica's favorite vacation spot is the Dominican Republic, where she loves to go to visit her extended family members
Her favorite president is George Washington.
Fun fact: While vacationing in the Bahamas, Jessica had three baby sharks swim up to her. Three lifeguards had to swim over to save her.
Lastly, Jessica found out about the CBLPI internship online. According to Jessica, she "couldn't think of a better way to contribute to the conservative moment."
