Congressman Marsha Blackburn was first elected to represent Tennessee’s 7th district in the United States Congress in 2002. (Yes, she prefers the title Congressman to Congresswoman!) Upon joining Congress, the National Journal named her a “freshman to watch” and “top House conservative.” She has been called a “taxpayer hero” and praised for her stance on combating Obamacare.
