An internship at The Center for Conservative Women isn’t just another DC internship—it’s a transformative experience that empowers young women to live courageous, meaningful lives. Our paid, in-person internships offer more than just professional experience. Our program equips you with the knowledge, tools, and network to step confidently into your role as a conservative woman leader in all areas of life. 

Summer Internship (College Students Only)

Our Summer Internship is a robust, dynamic program designed to help you grow professionally and personally. Through specialized training, mentorship, and camaraderie with fellow interns, you’ll leave this experience with invaluable skills, renewed confidence, and lasting relationships. 

Fall & Spring Internship

Our semester internships are perfect for those who want to dive into event planning, social media management, fundraising and other areas while developing leadership skills and growing as a conservative woman. We work with our fall and spring interns to develop a role that best fits their strengths and career goals.

  • Meet and introduce leading conservative women like Allie Beth Stuckey and Liz Wheeler at our events.
  • Expert-led training in public speaking, journalism, constitutional law, and etiquette.
  • Professional firearm training.
  • Write op-eds.
  • Attend a week-long conference for conservative college students to expand your knowledge and network.
  • Enjoy weekly mentorship with a key staff member, guiding your professional growth.
  • Participate in local intern events that foster networking and relationships with like-minded conservatives.
  • Receive a $1,500 monthly stipend to support your journey.
  • Be at the forefront of conservative events by introducing leading women in the movement.
  • Manage social media accounts and help amplify the voice of the Center to a national audience.
  • Build your writing portfolio with hands-on experience creating content for various platforms.
  • Plan and execute impactful campus events, student recruitment, and lectures that promote conservative ideas.
  • Receive one-on-one mentorship from key staff members to guide your career and leadership growth.
  • Join local intern events that foster meaningful connections with fellow young conservatives.
  • Receive a $1,500 monthly stipend to support your professional growth.

We’re seeking passionate, driven individuals who are excited about advancing conservative principles. Whether your background is in political science, communications, or any other major, we want interns who are eager to learn and grow. You’ll gain hands-on experience in writing, event planning, and social media, all while fostering a strong network of like-minded peers. Housing & Transportation: 
While housing isn’t provided, we’re happy to suggest local accommodations. A car is highly recommended for ease of transportation.
