Internships
The Center for Conservative Women offers in person, paid internships for college and high school age women during the school year and summer. Our summer internship is an incredibly robust program featuring specialized training, mentorship, and invaluable friendships with fellow interns.
- Meet and introduce leading conservative women like Allie Beth Stuckey and Liz Wheeler at our events.
- Expert-led training in public speaking, journalism, constitutional law, and etiquette.
- Professional firearm training.
- Write op-eds.
- Attend a week-long conference for conservative college students to expand your knowledge and network.
- Enjoy weekly mentorship with a key staff member, guiding your professional growth.
- Participate in local intern events that foster networking and relationships with like-minded conservatives.
- Receive a $1,500 monthly stipend to support your journey.
Knowledge/Skills/Characteristics
Duties include advocating for conservative principles through op-ed assignments, planning and recruiting for Center events, assisting in administrative tasks, and promoting the Center’s presence via social media. Qualified candidates will be passionate about empowering conservative women. All majors are welcome to apply.
Housing and Transportation
While we do not offer housing as part of the program, we can suggest local housing options. You will need to arrange your own accommodations. A car is highly recommended.
Please submit a completed application form that includes:
- A cover letter explaining why you are interested in being an intern
- A current resume
- Contact information for two references
- Responses to short answer prompts (limited to one page in length for each)
Program Dates
- Fall Semester: September – December
- Spring Semester: January – May
- Summer: May 27th – August 9th
Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis until the following deadlines:
- Spring 2025 deadline: January 10th
- Summer 2025 deadline: March 1st
