This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Clare Boothe Luce Center for Conservative Women collects, uses, and maintains information collected from donors (each, a “Donor”) offline and online at the website (“Site”). This privacy policy applies as well to all products and services offered by Clare Boothe Luce Center for Conservative Women.

Personal identification information

We may collect personal identification information from Donors and supporters in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when they register on the site, place an order, subscribe to the newsletter, respond to a survey, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available. We will collect personal identification information from Donors and supporters only if they voluntarily submit such information to us.

Donor Transactions

We keep Donors’ personal information private and secure whether the information is acquired offline or online. In addition to online donations, we also accept mailed donations, matching gift donations, stock donations, and planned gift donations.  When you make a payment to us, you provide your name, personal contact information, payment information, and additional information related to your transaction. We use this information to process your payment and to ensure your payment is correctly credited to your account.

Note: We do not sell, trade, share, or rent lists of our Donors to any person or organization for any purpose whatsoever. All Donors to our organization have the option to remain anonymous and to be removed from our mail/email list upon request at any time.

We are a tax exempt 501(c)(3) organization. Contributions are eligible for a tax deduction.

Changes to this privacy policy

Clare Boothe Luce Center for Conservative Women has the discretion to update this privacy policy at any time. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. We encourage Donors to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are protecting your personal information. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this privacy policy periodically and become aware of modifications.
