Bay Buchanan shares (often humorous) career lessons she learned that propelled her to the position of U.S. Treasurer in the Reagan Administration, among them:
- make even menial work assignments showcase your value;
- fight for what is genuinely important to your career; and
- ask for the positions you want (the guys certainly do).
Her remarks were recorded during a CBLPI Ladies Luncheon for female college students attending the National Student Leadership Conference at George Washington University on July 28, 2016.
