Egyptian-born Nonie Darwish draws a sharp contrast between common Middle Eastern treatment of women and America’s treatment of women. It is ironic, she argues, that the expression, ‘War on Women’, did not originate in Saudi Arabia and parts of the world where there is a genuine war on women.
