Dr. Carol Swain is the host of the podcast “Be the People.” She is an author or editor of nine books. Her books have won three national awards, and one was nominated for a Pulitzer Prize. She is also the host of “Two Minutes to Think About It,” heard on Bott Radio and other Christian radio stations. She is a former professor of political science and law at Princeton and Vanderbilt Universities.
Dr. Swain is a nationally known commentator who has appeared on all key national news outlets, as well as many international networks. She was a Nashville mayoral candidate in 2018 and 2019. Her opinion pieces have been published in The New York Times, USA Today, CNN Online, The Epoch Times, The Washington Post, and The Wall Street Journal.
